Soft Landscape Team Leader

Salary £21-£25k

Experienced soft landscapers required, who have previous knowledge within a similar position, combined with good all–round practical skills in soft landscaping, as well as general maintenance.  The successful candidates will have strong leadership skills, a good eye for detail and have a good understanding of practical and technical aspects of delivering soft landscaping and grounds maintenance services.  They will be polite, well presented and will be experienced in using turf laying, seeding and grounds maintenance plant and machinery. PA1 & PA6 spraying and CS30 & 31 chainsaw certificates are desirable. A full driving licence with trailer towing is essential, as you will have use of company vehicles during work time.

Soft Landscape & Maintenance Operatives

Salary £16-£20k

Skilled Grounds Maintenance operatives are required, who have some previous experience within the grounds maintenance sector.   For this role we are looking for dedicated team players with experience using grounds maintenance equipment and machinery, including ride on rotary and flail mowers. Applicants must be able to put their hands to a variety of jobs including, grass cutting, hedge cutting, strimming, turf laying and other soft landscaping projects. Although formal training certificates are desirable, for the right candidate, all training relevant to their job role will be provided. A driving license & own transport is essential as you must be able to get yourself to and from work.
